The City of Elsmere, Kentucky (“Elsmere” or the “City”) is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of City-owned property located at 4117, 4125 and 4127 Dixie Highway (together, the “Dixie Properties”) as further described in this Notice. No late, emailed or faxed bids will be accepted. The receipt of bids will not require the City to accept any bid, enter into a contract or complete sale. For avoidance of doubt, The City may reject any and all bids.
The intended outcome of this sealed bid process is for the City to identify the bidder that provides the best value to the City. If in the judgement of the City, the bids submitted do not represent the fair value of the Dixie Properties or do not provide the best value to the City, then the City reserves the right to reject all bids.
