Parks and Recreation

All parks are open each day from dawn to dusk for members of our community. For park related questions, please contact the City Building 859-342-7911.

Terrill Park

Located at 123 Park Avenue. Take Dixie Highway to Park Avenue.  The park is at the end of Park Avenue across from Terrill Drive. The park Features: basketball court, playground, picnic shelter, and a charcoal grill.

Woodside Park

Located at 829 Maple Avenue. Take Dixie Highway to Main Street, right on Maple Avenue. The entrance to the park in on the left. The park features: playground, picnic shelter, charcoal grill, basketball goals and three baseball fields.

Billy R. Bradford Park

Located at 315 Garvey Avenue. Take Dixie Highway to Garvey Avenue. The park is across the street from the Elsmere Fire Department at the corner of Garvey Avenue and Ash Street. The park Features: gazebo, three benches, and sidewalk.

Rosella Porterfield Park

Located at 1005 Capitol Avenue. Take Dixie Highway to Garvey Avenue, left on Shaw Avenue, right on Capitol Avenue. The park is next to the Head Start Building. The park features: basketball court, playgrounds, and picnic shelters.
