DBE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: 0%
REQUIRED BID PROPOSAL GUARANTY: Not less than 5% of the total bid.
PRE-QUALIFICATION: Contractor must be pre-qualified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC)
and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All subcontractors must be
prequalified when accepting subcontracts.
