The City of Elsmere is proud to offer a Veterans Banner Sponsorship Program to recognize and honor those who have served our country.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2026–2028 Veterans Banner cycle. Residents, families, and community members may sponsor a banner in honor of a veteran by completing the sponsorship form and submitting the required fee.
Sponsorship Details

Sponsorship Fee: $100

Deadline: March 31, 2026

Sponsorships will be considered active once payment and a photograph are received.

Availability is limited and banners are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Program Guidelines
The following guidelines will apply, consistent with prior years:

Each sponsor will receive one new banner to keep and one banner to be displayed by the City.

Banners will be installed prior to Memorial Day and will remain displayed through Veterans Day each year during the sponsorship cycle.
How to Apply
Please complete the Veterans Banner Sponsorship Form and submit it along with the $100 fee by the deadline. The form is available below and may also be picked up at City Hall.
