Mrs. Grubbs is a life long resident of Northern Ky, she has lived in Elsmere for over 26 yrs. Married with 2 children, and 2 grandsons, she has been active in community service for over 25 yrs. She is a member of Elsmere Baptist Church, the Ralph Fulton Ladies Axiliary, Lloyd Alumni, and has volunteered many hours towards the Education and well being of children. She is committed to Family, Faith, and Community.
