City Council meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. for a Caucus Meeting. Caucus Meetings are used by the Mayor and Council members to discuss issues facing the city, address any resident or community member’s concerns through audience remarks and work on any pending legislation.
In addition, the Elsmere City Council holds a regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. During the regularly scheduled Council meeting the Mayor and Council introduce and vote on legislation, receive department reports, and discuss issues that are facing the City of Elsmere. Regular Council meetings are broadcast live by the Telecommunications Board of Northern Kentucky (TBNK) and rebroadcast throughout the month to allow residents to view the meetings. All Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Elsmere City Building.
