Senior Center Open House A Great Success
The City of Elsmere received a $400,000 Community Block Development Grant from Governor Steve Beshear for the renovation of the Elsmere Senior Center. Among the renovations were the installation of a two-person elevator, a new HVAC system, and new flooring on both floors. All renovations were complete mid-June and Mayor Bradford hosted the Open House on June 27th. State Representative Adam Koenig, former Deputy Judge Executive Scott Kimmich, Council Members, City Employees and Citizens were on hand to celebrate the re-opening.
